About Me.

Hi my name is Tanya Mc Evoy, I am from Newry which is a small city in the North of Ireland , I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 10 years now and I have my own Pilates Reformer Studio based in Newry , I initially fell in love with the Pilates Method after I had surgery on both my knee and hip, the exercises strengthened not only my hips and knees but my core and all over body, it increased my flexibilty and corrected my Postural alignment. Now I can’t do without, I want everyone to experience the difference Pilates can have on your body and how good it can make you feel, so whether your an elite athlete or someone who suffers from chronic back pain  Pilates will benefit you so lets get started today and start to reap the rewards!
